A first visit that actually feels like a conversation.
From the moment you walk in, our goal is the same: make sure you leave with answers, not pressure. Here's what to expect.
Consultation
A relaxed first conversation with Dr. Tsai. We listen carefully, take a careful look, and answer every question. We offer a complimentary intraoral scan so you can better visualize our starting point.
Digital Records
If treatment seems likely, we capture 3-D CBCT imaging, clinical photographs, and any x-rays you or your dentist may already have. These full records are necessary for creating your customized treatment plan. No goopy impressions, no rush.
Personalized Plan
Dr. Tsai designs your plan personally. We walk you through it together: what we'll do, why, how long, and what it will cost. We also offer second consultations if necessary, in person or over Zoom, whether that's to review the Clincheck or to answer any additional questions you may have.
Begin Treatment
When you're ready, we begin. From here, we are partners — and we are here for the whole journey.
